FREE clinics for all skill levels

  • Beginners : No previous swimming experience, but you want to learn swim basics: front float, back float, recovery from gliding and begin novice freestyle. Wednesday March 6, 4:30-5pm and Friday March 8, 4:30pm-5pm
  • Intermediate: Tips to make your stroke more efficient. Thursday March 14, 5-5:30pm and Saturday March 16, 8:30am-9:00 am
  • Advanced: Ways to improve your technique. Wednesday March 6, 5-5:30pm and Friday March 8, 5-5:30pm
  • Flip turns: Learn how to do a flip turn. Saturday March 23 8:30-9:15am
