Apple and Orange Slaw
Yields: 4 servings
- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 medium sized apple, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- Place first 3 ingredients in a bowl tossing to combine.
- Combine mayonnaise and brown sugar.
- Add this mixture to cabbage mixture and coat well.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour.
